I am making this client better by improving the overall performance of their computers and networking equipment. I provide a flat-rate fee that provides the school with 24/7 helpdesk support. I am able to remotely log in and resolve issues in minutes. When issues cannot be solved immediately I provide two-hour emergency response time! And I am also onsite for eight hours per week.
I am decreasing their security risks by monitoring the traffic that is coming in and out of this network. With my proprietary tools, I am able to block websites that are blacklisted. Such as pornographic; and social media websites. Ensuring students can focus on their goals and not be stymied by the distractions of the internet. our goal is to give the students dependable, working computers so that they can complete their assignments. We will make sure all printers are networked properly so that they can print their reports to turn in.
Also, we are assisting the staff to be the best teachers they can be by providing working computers with Microsoft Office and Antivirus software. Teachers need to focus on being their best and not have to deal with slow computers or pop-ups from pornography sites. We help our teachers by researching the latest in educational tools, that combine technology to provide the students and the teachers the best overall experience. In the end we want the systems and computers to work so that they can perform their jobs of providing critical instruction to their pupils and not being IT guys or gals!
